How do I access “My Account” and the app?
👉 At Logifac, sign in to your personal account from the residence page or the FAQ section. You can track your application, upload missing documents, sign your lease online, and manage your accommodation throughout the year.
👉 At Fac-Habitat, once your application has been created, you'll receive your login details to access My Account and the resident app. From there, you can view your documents, sign your contract, make payments if needed, report an issue, or contact your residence directly from your phone.
