How do I access “My Account” and the app?
With Logifac, log in to your personal account from the residence page or the FAQ section to track your application in real time. You can complete your file, upload missing documents, sign your lease online and manage your accommodation throughout the year.
With Fac-Habitat, once your application has been created, you will receive your login details to access “My Account” and the tenant app. You can use it to track your documents, sign, pay if needed, report an issue or contact the residence directly from your phone.
