Having a guarantor is reassuring for everyone: they commit to paying if you have unpaid rent. In residences, there are two options: a physical guarantor or a moral guarantor.
A physical guarantor is someone you know who acts as a joint guarantor for you. In the event of non-payment, they will have to pay and may be prosecuted just like you.
A moral guarantor is an organization that takes the place of a loved one and plays the same role. If they advance any money, they can then claim it back from you. And if the situation is not resolved, our teams may initiate eviction proceedings.
