Your security deposit will be refunded after you move out, once you have returned your keys and the move-out inspection has been completed. 😊
👉 If the move-out inspection matches the move-in inspection, your security deposit will be refunded within one month.
👉 If differences are identified, the refund may take up to two months.
👉 If you have unpaid rent or other outstanding charges, part or all of your security deposit may be used to cover them.
💳 Your refund will be made:
👉 By bank transfer if you paid your rent by direct debit.
👉 By cheque, sent to the address provided during your move-out inspection, in all other cases.
