Your security deposit will be returned to you after you leave, once the keys have been returned.
If the exit inventory is consistent with the entry inventory, you will receive it within one month. Otherwise, the refund may take up to two months. And if you have unpaid rent, it can be used to reduce your debt.
In terms of payment, if you pay by direct debit, the refund will be made by transfer to the account used. Otherwise, you will receive a check at the address indicated during the exit inventory.
