If you become covered by a mandatory health insurance plan or the French Complementary Health Solidarity Scheme (CSS) during the academic year, you can cancel your Smerra supplementary health insurance. 😊
➡️ Simply send us proof of your CSS coverage or a certificate from your new health insurance provider, showing the start date of your new coverage.

📍 You can also complete this process at any Smerra office.
📌 A €30 administration fee applies if you cancel your plan because you have joined a compulsory health insurance scheme. Cancellation is free of charge if you are covered by the CSS.
Once we receive your supporting document, your cancellation request will be processed according to the terms of your contract.
