Did you receive medical care abroad and need to request reimbursement? Here's how to proceed 👇
👉 You must submit your claim to the CNSE (National Center for Care Abroad) after returning to France. This is the French organization that handles reimbursements for treatments received abroad.
đź“„ Your application must include:
The Cerfa form no. 12267, completed for each treatment
A paid invoice, named receipt, or proof of payment
Any prescriptions, if provided by the practitioner
Proof of return to France
Your bank details (RIB/IBAN)
💸 If you’ve subscribed to a Pack Europe or Pack Monde, you may be eligible for reimbursement of all costs incurred. Once you’ve submitted your claim to the CNSE, here are the two possible outcomes:
âś… CNSE reimburses part of the costs: a benefit statement will be available on your ameli.fr account. Send this statement to our insurer AIG, along with the same documents you sent to CNSE, for complementary reimbursement.
❌ CNSE does not reimburse anything: you’ll receive a rejection letter. Forward that letter to AIG, with the same claim file, so the complementary coverage can take over.
