Let us know as soon as possible about any change of address, bank details or French Health Insurance fund (CPAM) via your personal account or at a Smerra branch.
If you move outside AURA, you have two options:
- Switch to a Smerra complementary health insurance plan outside the regional scheme to keep continuous cover with a plan adapted to your new situation, without any break in your rights.
Cancel your Ma Mutuelle Région Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes contract according to the applicable terms, deadlines and proof of moving.
Tip: make your request before you leave to avoid any interruption in your certificate or reimbursements.
