Are you moving into a smaller or larger home? No worries: your Smerra home insurance adapts! You simply need to declare your change of address in your personal account via the Leocare app, and your cover will follow your new accommodation.
Do you want to leave your accommodation and cancel your contract? No problem, several options are available to you:
- At the annual renewal date under Article L113-12 of the French Insurance Code: you can request cancellation of your contract by sending us your request no later than 2 months before the main renewal date.
- After one year of contract under Article L113-15-2 of the French Insurance Code: you can cancel at any time, with no fees or penalties. The cancellation takes effect 1 month after receipt of your request, either directly through your new insurer, if you are switching insurance, or by yourself.
