👉 If teletransmission is not activated or has failed:
send us the Social Security payment statement - the “reimbursement statement” available in your ameli.fr account - along with a paid invoice and/or a prescription if needed.
👉 If teletransmission is working, but third-party payment was not applied:
you need to send us the paid invoice from the healthcare professional, together with a prescription if required.
